So, we need a caller. Currently, i am thinking PFC or Lichta would fit this particularly well. They are both pretty skilled players, and also seem to have a good knowledge of the game. I think it would be good that they practice calling, learning to know what to say and what to do in different situations, and put our tanks in a good spot. I also think they have a pretty behaviour record, which is very good. They also have a good spirit towards the clan, which is great for any sort of position in this clan. Apart from the aforementioned required knowledge, they could also work on leadership so as to be able to give out commands in a straightforward manner.
