Hello guys, upon hearing the idea mentioned by a few people in recent weeks, i have gave the idea of an overall general guide to our clan some serious thought. I think it'd be a really nice resource for us to have. Please bear in mind that I cannot think of everything in one session, so this guide is subject to change on a regular basis until finalized. Without further ado, here I go:
a. Upon bearing tags belonging to Cold Steel clan, you will follow a set of general good-behavior guidelines. These are basically common manners. You are to be expected to adhere to these guidelines. These guidelines are as follows.
i. Excessive use of profanity in our clan is frowned upon. Regardless whether or not you are in the WoT chat, teamspeak, or any other place where you are part of and/or represent this clan, you will not use an excess of profanity.
ii. If you have the need to make bodily noises, random noises, random singing, or anything uncalled for that is quite immature, then please mute your microphone. The majority of your peers do not want to hear this, so please do yourself a favor.
iii. Making fun of, joking about, or talking badly of your peers is also frowned upon, whether it be direct or indirect. If you have an issue with your peers, then please feel free to talk to me and/or any of our officers. We would be more than happy to get any issues sorted out.
b. During clan wars or ANY event in which our clan is being represented, you will follow the aforementioned rules as much as you can. We want our clan to look professional, effective, calm, and well-sported. Take pride in not only your work, but in your clan.
II. The Command structure
a. Commander: This is our leader. I am here to help all of you and my goal in this clan is to have you guys succeed and most of all, be happy whilst doing it. I am always open to suggestions and am a very calm person at heart. I am always really proud of the things we do, and am very, very clan spirited. I’m always willing to talk with any one of you if you need anything. I will do my best to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our clan. I will not tolerate repeated bad behavior or unwillingness to have fun .
b. Executive Officer: This guy is next in line after the Commander. They are also here to help everyone and assist not only the commander in doing so, but everyone. When the commander is unable to complete a task, these guys will be called upon to do so. They will be informed of all important info during or before it is published. They will also hold regular meetings with the commander to discuss the events of the clan. Think of this as our marines. They are called up for our special tasks that I cannot do.
c. Combat Officer: I will give this rank to people who will exclusively excel in Field Commanding (also known as “calling”). As of now, this is their only job. They need a good general calling skill and knowledge of players/tanks/maps/etc.
d. Recruitment officer: this is given to people who either demonstrate excellency in recruiting members, or to people whose main task is to recruit members.

Guide to [CS] Cold Steel
